The Journal of Plastic, Reconstructive & Aesthetic Surgery (JPRAS), formerly the British Journal of Plastic Surgery, is the journal of the British Association of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgeons. The journal was first published in 1947 and is released on a monthly basis.

JPRAS aims to provide up to date information on surgical procedures, including studies of new and existing techniques, in particular on surgery of cleft lip and palate, hands, neck, head, lower limb, burns, skin cancer, breast surgery and aesthetic surgery. 

It also includes comprehensive article reviews, letters to the editor as well as book reviews on plastic surgery and related science. 

The Internet Archive Collection contains microfilm published between 1982 and 2015.
